Tom Beckbe accepts returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 30 days of purchase. All original tags must be attached to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label and print the packing slip to include inside your return package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.
Processing and Refund
Once your return is received at our facility, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
